    Folio Collaborative 2024 - 2025 Mastermind Groups

    Program Overview

    A Mastermind is a mentoring group where peers help one another solve challenges through exploration, input, and advice. The Folio Masterminds are opportunities for school leaders to regularly connect with members across the Collaborative to enhance individual leadership capacity and progress school goals in a confidential and safe space. Cohorts meet once a month throughout the academic year to troubleshoot challenges, brainstorm ideas, and serve as accountability partners for the implementation of the Folio Process and myFolio platform.

    Member Expectations 

    • Regular attendance (60 minute sessions once a month)
    • Honest, respectful, and intentional participation

    Space is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

    2024-25 Mastermind dates

    Mastermind Cohorts will meet every first Wednesday of the month from 3:30pm - 4:30pm ET barring holidays. 

    • Meeting 1: October 2, 2024
    • Meeting 2: November 6, 2024
    • Meeting 3: January 8, 2025 (second Wednesday due to New Year)
    • Meeting 4: February 5, 2025
    • Meeting 5: March 5, 2025
    • Meeting 6: April 2, 2025

    Price

    The cost to participate in a Mastermind group is $285.

    We are excited to provide members with two Mastermind Groups:

    New Admin Mastermind

    Facilitated by our School Success Manager, Derick Pagan, the New Admin Mastermind is designed for new myFolio Admins looking to gain insight on usage strategies and best practices for executing their school’s professional growth vision. Cohort members will enhance their familiarity with the myFolio platform while discussing creative ways to facilitate meaningful Folio Process implementation. 

    Cultivating a Culture of Celebration and Growth Mastermind

    Facilitated by our Senior School Success Program Manager, Melissa Fast, the Cultivating a Culture of Celebration and Growth Mastermind is designed for seasoned myFolio admins aiming to deepen their capacity to promote meaningful professional development advancements, while cultivating a culture of celebration and collective responsibility. Cohort members will explore a variety of topics and learn how to leverage the myFolio platform to enhance their professional growth initiatives.
